Veteran record label head Lydia “Lady Boss” Harris, utilizing her over 20 years of entertainment industry experience, re-emerges in the industry with her newly formed entertainment company, Lydia Harris Entertainment (LHE). Her knack for discovering and developing new musical talent is evidenced by the groundbreaking accomplishment of being an original co-owner of famed hip-hop record label Death Row Records, the West Coast powerhouse, from which she is credited with the discovery, launching and/or catapulting the careers of Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, the late Tupac Shakur, and other noted multi-million dollar music acts. Recently, Harris began a talent search for artists who may be selected to appear on her upcoming reality series, “Judgment Day.” According to Harris, these artists may also appear on the Judgment Day compilation CD, which will consist of many different genres from new and veteran artists. A Judgment Day tour is planned as well. “This project will be like one big gumbo pot of R&B, Hip Hop and Pop where all my artists are treated like family,” she said.
